Package Shipping
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received, via Nacex for national shipments and UPS for international orders.
For the Canary Islands, the order will be shipped through Cadena Logística SL.
In any case, we will provide you with tracking information via SMS or email once the order has left the facilities of the corresponding shipping company. It is important to provide correct SMS and email information when placing the order to ensure you receive the tracking details.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Handling fees have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually.
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly provide the delivery address and postal code. In case of an incorrect postal code in the order, if Nacex needs to re-ship the order to proceed with delivery, the cost of the second shipment will be charged to the customer who provided the incorrect delivery address.
- Shipping costs for Spain are free for purchases over €65 (except for the Balearic Islands, where the minimum purchase must be €120).
- Purchases under €65 will have a shipping cost of €7 in the Peninsula.
- Purchases under €120 in the Balearic Islands will have a shipping cost of €15.
- Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are €35.
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the order. In case the order is returned by the shipping company due to the expiration of the collection deadline, a refund of the amount paid will be processed, deducting the shipping costs for both delivery and return.
Return Policies
All products sold may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the product has not been unsealed or used, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Beforehand, the customer must indicate their intention to return the product via email. Perfumería Laura will respond via another email specifying precise instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of a return, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping and return costs.
The refund to the customer's account as a result of the return will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by Perfumería Laura.
In the case of a return, the refund will be made when the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer, except for cash-on-delivery payments, where the refund will be made via bank transfer, deducting the cash-on-delivery commission fee. The approximate refund period will be 72 hours.
If the payment was made via PayPal, a 3% PayPal commission fee will be deducted.
Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances if the supplied products show signs of use.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unopened (if the perfume has a cellophane wrap, it will not be accepted if opened), with all accessories, instructions, and documentation included.
The products should be sent to the location specified by Perfumería Laura in the detailed return instructions sent via email. It is important not to proceed with any return without prior notification.
If the return is not accepted by the provider due to the product being unsealed or used, these products will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Packages without any attached elements that allow the sender to be identified (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be accepted. Attaching the invoice to the package during the return process is the best way to identify the customer.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
Through Perfumería Laura, products purchased can be returned for their original purchase value. Once the returned product(s) are received, Perfumería Laura will verify that they are in good condition and proceed to refund the amount paid, minus the shipping costs, regardless of the value of the returned product.
In the event of canceling the order before the product has been shipped, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Anyone returning a product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.
In the case of damaged products upon receipt, it is necessary to inform Perfumería Laura on the same day of delivery via email, attaching photos of the damaged product, the packaging used by Perfumería Laura to protect the product, the wet or damaged shipping box, as well as photos of the shipping label and invoice to file a claim with the shipping company.
Perfumería Laura is not responsible for subjective opinions regarding the fragrance's longevity on the skin, subtle changes in aroma, or sillage.
