The city of Lima stands out for the richness of its traditions, among which faith occupies a special place and is deeply rooted in its culture.

In his childhood memories, he is transported to the heart of downtown Lima, right in front of the majestic Church of Las Nazarenas, where he witnesses one of the most impressive religious events: the procession of the Lord of Miracles. This event, celebrated every October, also known as the purple month, has lasted for more than three centuries, gathering crowds in devotion and fervor.

The atmosphere surrounding the procession is enriched by a culinary parade that delights the senses. The traditional anticuchos, seasoned with the most emblematic condiments of Peruvian cuisine, fill the air with their tempting aroma, inviting locals and strangers to taste their incomparable flavor.

Sweets are also not lacking in this festivity; the famous turrón, a crunchy preparation covered in honey, candies and guindones, becomes the protagonist among the desserts. Along with it, the mazamorra morada, made with pineapple, apple, cinnamon and cloves, and the always appreciated rice pudding, sweeten the palate of those who participate in the celebration.

To accompany these delicacies, the traditional Cachina brings its special touch. This liquor, originally from the city of Chincha and known for its sweetness and grape-based elaboration, perfectly complements the gastronomic experience of the event.

All this combination of flavors, aromas and devotion is enveloped in a dense and mystical atmosphere, thanks to the smoke of the incense and myrrh incense that fill the environment, creating a unique and deeply spiritual sensation.

Inspired by these vivid memories and emotions, he has sought to capture the essence of that special moment in the creation of a perfume that faithfully reflects the tradition and the feeling experienced in those streets of Lima during the purple month.
